Customer Service is facilitated by integrated information systems that allow
Guilford to be proactive in providing timely and accurate response to customer
inquiries. Our systems support and encourage standard Electronic Data
Interchange (EDI) as well as providing the facility to electronically transmit
Order Status information, Invoices, Bills of Lading, etc.
